4D Biomaterials was founded by a team of world class chemists and engineers to develop and commercialise a novel range of 3D printing resins that promise to transform outcomes for patients across a range of biomedical applications. Having recently secured equity investment and substantial grants from Innovate UK, we are now recruiting the start-up team that will shape the future success of the venture.
Your primary focus will be to drive the design and development of the company’s first range of implantable medical devices based on our novel polycarbonate-based 3D printing resins (patents applied for), in collaboration with colleagues, clinicians and other external partners.
To succeed in this exciting challenge, you will be self-motivated and highly driven with strong problem-solving abilities and the resilience to maintain high standards of work under pressure. In addition, you will be well practiced in computer-aided design and have excellent teamworking, communication and presentation skills.
